OUR PLEDGE TO YOU:
- Days of Elegance will give a full refund excluding postage and insurance if you are
dissatisfied with any item upon receipt.
- If you should wish to return an item that does not meet your expectations, we ask that
you email us for return authorization, and then return the merchandise within seven
business days to the address indicated below and in the same condition as it was received.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Please return by First Class Mail and insured, if desired (for higher value items).
- No refunds will be issued until after your original payment has cleared my bank and the
returned merchandise has been received by me.
- All items are boxed and wrapped securely. If you are returning an item, please do
the same.
- All refunds are by personal check or merchandise credit, at your request.
- Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
